We’re renting large dumpsters and a wood chipper to clean out our clutter both inside and out and keep our neighborhood looking neat! Not an AHCA member yet? Pick up a membership application in person or create an account today and pay your dues online. \nSchedule\n\nSaturday from 9AM-12PM: Only the wood chipper will be accessible during this time. No dumpster usage.\nSaturday from 12PM-3PM: Dumpster 1 on Williams Street will be available. Scrapping services as well.\nSunday from 9AM-3PM: Dumpster 2 on Jamison Street will be available. Scrapping services as well.\n\n*No dumping outside of the hours listed above. Must be a dues paying member to take advantage of these services. \nImportant Restrictions Details\nDumpster Restrictions: \n\nAerosol cans\nLiquids\nAnimals\nAntifreeze\nAppliances\nAsbestos\nBarrels\nBatteries\nChemical products\nComputers\nContaminated oils (mixed with solvents or gasoline)\nDirt\nFluorescent tubes\nFood waste\nHazardous waste\nHerbicides and pesticides\nIndustrial waste\nLubricating or hydraulic oil\nMedical waste\nMicrowaves\nMonitors\nMotor oil\nOil filters\nOther flammable liquids\nPaint (except completely dried latex paint cans)\nPetroleum-contaminated soil or lead paint chips\nPropane tanks\nRadioactive materials\nRailroad ties\nSolvents\nTelevisions\nTires\nTransmission oil\n\n\nChipper Rules & Restrictions: \n\nNo metal\, no nails\, no plywood\, etc.\nNo wood larger than 10″ circumference. The bigger the branch the faster the job\, the smaller the longer it’ll take.\nHomeowners cannot approach chipper\n\n\nScrapper Rules & Restrictions: \n\n“Can take ferrous and non ferrous metals\, gutters\, appliances\, copper\, lawnmowers\, hot water heaters\, cords\, bikes\, non working grills\, etc are all ok.\nNo computers or TV screens.\n\nWe need volunteers!\nPlease help us host another successful Dumpster Days weekend by volunteering to help for one hour. All volunteers need to be willing and able to do is check-in AHCA members as they bring items to the dumpster/chipper (a list of current members will be provided) and accept completed membership forms and payment for residents who wish to join/renew membership.
