Old Business:

  • 4th of July Parade a huge success – too bad fire truck had to leave just before – Thanks Candace for setting that up
  • Huge thank you to Vorry and Candace Moon for providing hot dogs afterwards, it was very much appreciated
  • Membership – 62 have paid, 12-14 have used website, others through mail – Alex has those membership forms – what to do with them?
  • Directory – agreed to do printed directory at least one more year – Erin and Megan will get forms from Alex, contact Chuck McLaughlin to get directory template on flash drive for them to use
  • Treasurer – $5,687.00 in account per Alex
  • Concern about lower amount of members – maybe have Board call neighbors about membership – 73 paid members in 2020
  • Issues regarding dog waste in people yards – need to remind neighbors about picking up after dogs
  • Concern about bushes & trees blocking sidewalks – there is a Centennial code about keeping sidewalks clear of vegetation – need to do a walk around then contact residents directly that need to address this – better to start with AHCA first before contacting city of Centennial
  • Grants from City of Centennial for neighborhoods/HOAs for various projects – there is still monies available

New Business:

  • Next board meeting – Tuesday, Aug. 17th – decided for it to be the Bob Stephens Memorial in front of Susie Lewis’s house – will need to get out flyer/information – others to help with grill/food/drinks
  • Hank will put write up a letter to go out to neighbors to include: Bob Stephens Memorial BBQ on 8/17, joining the AHCA, being considerate and picking up dog waste and general consideration of all neighbors/respecting property, residents keeping sidewalks clear of vegetation
