Join us for our Annual Neighborhood Fall Festival, a delightful day filled with laughter, delicious food, and cherished memories! This year, we’re excited to bring together families and friends to celebrate the beauty of the season and strengthen our community bonds. The event will be held in the Gilpin Court cul-de-sac on Saturday, October 5th from 3-6PM.

Event Highlights:

• Chili Cook-Off: Calling all culinary enthusiasts! Show off your skills in our exciting chili cook-off. Compete for the coveted title of “Arapahoe Highlands Chili Champion” and enjoy tasting a variety of mouthwatering recipes from your neighbors. Whether you prefer it spicy or mild, there’s something for everyone! Winner will receive a prize.
• Bounce House: Let the kids bounce their hearts out in our inflatable bounce house! It’s the perfect place for them to burn off some energy while making new friends. Please note that we will be taking turns across age groups this year to ensure the safety of all children.
• Balloon Artist: We will have a balloon artist (due to them missing the Ice Cream Social) this year.
