• December 2020 Minutes: Reviewed, amended and approved

Reports:

• Treasurer – Sandy is working on getting our neighborhood a grant through the city, which would cover improvements or gatherings. Thank you, Sandy!
• Membership Drive – Coming soon, please keep your eyes out for information on how to support our wonderful neighborhood. We want to make this the best year yet and have great participation for all of our events!
• Architectural Control Committee – thank you for submitting your projects! If you need a form for a project please visit our website.
• Hospitality – Welcome to all of our new neighbors! Susie and Christy have tried to visit everyone but may have missed you. In order to get our directory updated if you are new to the neighborhood, please make sure to participate in our membership drive so you stay up to date on what is happening.
• CenCon (Centennial Council of Neighborhoods) – AHCA is currently in good standing. If you’d like to know what is going on with our city’s 45 neighborhood associations, please visit www.cencon.net.

• Elections were held and we’re happy to see some participation with our neighbors.

In order to help our new Board, we’re asking those who have served on a committee or a Board position in the recent past to write a small blurb about what you’ve done. For example, if you helped organize an event, like Dumpster Days, it would be great to get the company you contacted, the approximate cost, and any other details. We want to make serving our community simple and fun!

We’re putting together our 2022 calendar for the website so you don’t miss any events!

We have a fun year planned including July 4th, Dumpster/Chipper Days, neighborhood socials, and more!
