REPORTS: 

Membership Drive

• 2022 Membership remains at $50 per household!
• You will receive a letter in the mail (and e-mail if on file) with a membership form by end of March 2022
• On the membership form, please indicate how you would like to be reached (flyer, email) and if you want a neighborhood directory printed or if you would like to access it online
• We ask that membership dues be submitted by 4/30/2022

Please keep your eyes out for information on how to support our wonderful neighborhood. We want to make this the best year yet and have great participation for all of our events!

Treasurer

• Financials:
  • AHCA is in good standing with the state
  • Balance: $3891.85; in good shape due to no snow removal
  • Shredding neighborhood financial records prior to 2010. Quorum established; all in favor
  • Reimbursement form developed for better tracking of expenses. Available on website or via Sandy Schell.
  • Looking for a back-up treasurer for AHCA!  Please let a board member know if you are interested!
• Neighborhood Grant Process
  • Several $500 Grants are available from the City of Centennial on a first come, first served basis. The grants are aimed to help support the feeling of community in our neighborhoods through hosting neighborhood block parties, social gatherings, etc.
  • Sandy has written up an application for 3 of our main events: Dumpster Days, Chipper Days, and our Fall Festival.
  • We will submit the applications on April 1^st
  • Dumpster Days – Sandy will submit grant application
  • Chipper – Megan will submit grant application
  • Fall Festival – Hank will submit grant application

• Welcome to all of our new neighbors! Susie and Christy have tried to visit everyone but may have missed you.
• In order to get our directory updated if you are new to the neighborhood, please make sure to participate in our membership drive so you stay up to date on what is happening.
