CALL TO ORDER, 7:10 PM

REPORTS:
Membership Drive:
- 46 people have renewed membership so far (~50%)
- Will send a print reminder out – with garage sale, dumpster, chipper
Membership Directory:
- Targeting print directory and updated web form updated by end of June
- Kathy Masters will edit / review all information
Treasurer:
- Follow-up on backup/co-treasurer?
- Christy will look for post office key
- Still need this
- $6,420 in bank right now
- Including $1,000 grant money for chipper/dumpster/fall festival
- Will likely be spending ~$1,300 on dumpster/chipper days
- Cannot change to January Fiscal Year unless we change bi-laws; majority of people attending a meeting
- We would like to change By-Law XIV, Section 1 and will vote on this in the June meeting.
- Will need to go in print as well, put in Bob Stevens BBQ flyer
Architectural Control Committee:
- No updates / No requests
Hospitality:
- Any needs for paper card to get new neighbor information, list of events, membership form, plant, directory
- Sandy welcome signs for new neighbors – $22ea, will get 3 signs
- Will ask new neighbors if they want the sign in their yard before putting it in
NEW BUSINESS:
Ridwell Recycling Presentation
- New option for residents
- Recycle plastic bags, lightbulbs, batteries, clothing
- Add on cost: paint ($1/gal), styrofoam ($9/bag)
- Pickup every 2 weeks
- Featured categories each month – cords, cables, keys, prom dresses, etc—more donation-based
- $12/mo if you sign up for a year
- Community pick-ups: plastic bags, batteries, styrofoam

Garage Sale (6/3-6/4)
Garage Sale Organization: (Christy / Kathy)
- Volunteers per Membership Form 2022:
- Joanna Davala, Jeremy + Lisa Hull, Kathy Decker, Brittany Meeks
- Duties to assign:
- Tie balloons on mailboxes, signage, etc.
- Determine sign-up and design flyer (with website, telephone options)
- *Note, if we don’t have a garage sale sign, please pick some up to put on fences at entrances. Megan has an a-frame to put at an entrance.
- Sign-up via website and days they will sell
- Flyers – Christy’s husband creating a flyer
- Flyer out by the weekend of 5/21 – sign up by directly emailing Christy
- Include reminder on dumpster/chipper day for the following weekend
- Sandy will email Fred for signs
- Social Media Posts (Facebook, Next Door) – Andi will do this Wednesday Prior to sale (6/1)
Dumpster/Chipper Days (6/11-6/12)
- Communication:
- Neighborhood signage?
- Blank forms / Check / Paypal— cannot use dumpster outside of membership
- Reneen- Research on what we can/cannot put in dumpster
- Organization:

- Received $500 grant for dumpster and chipper through the City of Centennial
- Staffing / Volunteers:
- Email sign-up list for shifts as in past years. Stick to the same times through website.
- Sandy will put together list of people that have paid dues + Print out membership forms

- Can provide man food and drinks + neighbors bring side dishes and desserts
- Debating on location – At West end of E. Dry Creek Place cul-de-sac ? Ask neighbors!

- Sandy will check with Mark on the bin of paper plates, etc. Kathy will check with Lila.

Bob Stephens Memorial BBQ!
Under Treasurer, it says, “We would like to change By-Law XIV, Section 1 and will vote on this in the June meeting.” But, it was Article 1 Section 3 that was changed and voted on. It is always good to put the proposed change in the minutes, in case there are any questions in the future as to what was voted on. I would like to request amendments to both in these minutes.

My mistake, sorry. It is actually Article III section 2 that was changed.
