(a) Call to Order

  • Meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m. by Alex Wolf and Daniel Bier, AHCA Co-chairs.

  • Hosted at Maggie and Alex Wolf’s residence

(c) Reading of Minutes of the previous meeting

  • Motion to waive reading of previous meeting minutes was made, seconded and approved by show of hands.

  • Lila Graeves refused and read her own corrections to previous meeting minutes

(D) Reading of ALL CORRESPONDENCE AND/OR HEARINGS

    • Majority voted to pass

(e) Treasurer’s Report

      • Sandy Schell provided and update to the latest budget – budget can be provided upon request to all members.

      • Year to go expenses

      • Insurance

      • Ice Cream Social

      • Fall Fest

      • Holiday Party

(f) Committee Reports

      • Hospitality – Have actioned gifts to two residents, will action welcome gift to new renters

      • ACC – Roofing samples in process from resident request and painting request in process pending review

      • Guideline Committee – Sandy Schell presented preliminary guidelines for Neighborhood – they will be reviewed by board and members – nothing has been confirmed at this time

    (g) Unfinished Business

        • Directory Update – Still in process

        • Recap dumpster/wood chipper – Board will provide contact on website for scrap metal collection if needed by residents outside of pickup. Suggestion for next year to organize those with trucks to assist loading hauls to dumpster/chipper.

        • July 4th – Fireworks created safety hazard for entire neighborhood – residents encouraged to practice basic safety during this holiday

      (h) New Business

            • Ice Cream Social – Confirmed date, time and place

            • Fall Festival – Pending October 5th confirmation – will have Chili cook off once again

            • Elections – Need more volunteers as many board members will be shifting and/or stepping down

            • Need host for next meeting in September
