(e) Treasurer’s Report

      • CenCon, Insurance and holiday party are all year to go expenses

      • Budget was shared with all

(f) Committee Reports

      • Hospitality: Rachel Weinstock has stepped down from Hospitality – Diane Younglund has volunteered to take her place.

      • ACC: Several new roofs have been approved by Vorry and Hank. Colorado Dept of Health & Education offers free Radon Test kits – please secure your test kit as there has been radon found at many houses in the neighborhood.

(g) Unfinished Business

      • Ice Cream Social: Went well, no comments.

      • Fall Festival: Brittany Meeks needs all AHCA supplies brought to her house for 5th of October
      • Directories: Lynne Falick offered to facilitate next year

(h) New Business

        • Board Elections will run in November

          • Critical that more members are recruited,

          • Risk to AHCA and all events in 2025 as many are stepping down and there hasn’t been interest from the neighborhood to participate in leadership roles

          • Fliers and a CTA will be initiated to try to recruit more members and explain the dire situation

        • Unauthorized motor vehicles: There are illegal vehicles being driven including low-power scooters, off highway vehicles and toy vehicles. They are creating a danger to residents and an as was made to call the Arapahoe County Non Emergency number to report (303) 795-4711

        • Christmas Party: We still do not have a host for this event.
